Winnetka Heights Neighborhood Connection

I recently worked on a project for the Winnetka Heights neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. This project experimented with the idea of the neighborhood alleyways being used as a semi-public space for each block to be able to enjoy. By using Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) standards, fences along alleyways can be reduced while increasing the security for the rear of the houses.
